As if my family wasn't adorable enough with Hodge and Yoshimi, Justin and I have adopted a new creature. He-who-has-not-yet-been-named is a big prickly hedgehog and he's currently toasting himself under a heat lamp while he adjusts to his new home. He was an unexpected addition but we couldn't resist bringing him home after seeing that our neighbors were giving him up on Craigslist. Eeee!

Do you keep him/her(?) in a cage to protect him from the bunnies? Do bunnies like hedgehogs? Guess you will find out soon :o) Not quite an alpaca but I'm sure you're just as happy. Can't wait to see more pics of your new addition!!
I second that motion of *JEALOUS*!!! I can't believe you actually own a hedgehog now. I am so envious. I wish you could bring him/her down to visit!
aww so cute! I just finished reading Watership Down recently, and the hedgehog in that is called "Yona". I don't know if that's appropriate for your little friend, but it's an idea! :)
