Elise + HCB 4L!

I used all the willpower I possess to put on boots and trudge through the snow (leaving my toasty home and mountain of Argyle Whale projects behind) to go to my part time bakery job. I nearly made myself late watching Hodge fuss with his new fort (our coffee table that I covered with a long tablecloth). Propelling myself to work would have been much easier if I'd remembered that hot cross buns would be making their annual debut today. Oh the sweet reunion!

Mornings are when I'm glad my bunnies have an outside house they live in during the day - I'd never get to work otherwise! Glad the hot cross buns made your work day better; there's nothing more crushing that going to work when you'd rather be at home.

HCB's remind me of Easter, which in turn, reminds me that spring is just around the corner. Only sixteen more days - yay!!

people often talk about making their craft their full time job, but my dream is to have a part-time job along with making enough from printing to = full time income. I fear killing all the joy I find in printing.

Shona, That is exactly what I'm trying to do. I work two days per week at the bakery and it's a steady income supplement that keeps me social. I do Argyle Whale full time but my bakery job helps take the pressure off it a little bit so I can enjoy myself.
